Where was that?I've even seen him pop on another of my sordid internet griefholes, but I didn't know where he was or what he was doing as he has a tendency to get Sensible Blairism on me.

Does that mean I'm allowed to call HRH Sir King Prince Charles a bummer or not?Beaker wrote: Sun Feb 01, 2026 11:46 am
Swearing is fine, provided it's in context. If someone goes Full Twatter and starts being a shitbag they'll get kicked.

Fill your boots, I'll pass on your info to The Lawyers. Though they'll probably end up donating.KingsleyAnus wrote: Tue Feb 03, 2026 5:04 pmDoes that mean I'm allowed to call HRH Sir King Prince Charles a bummer or not?Beaker wrote: Sun Feb 01, 2026 11:46 am

Re: Where are they now?
Looking at Sephi's Flickr made me quite sad, although I enjoyed it.
So many faces I used to regularly see that I had forgotten about.
One or two I was glad to never see again.
One or two no longer with us.

Yeah there are missing people that I think about nearly everyday. Usually find myself looking at the news or current events and thinking “What would Scarface(Chris) think about this?”

Alright Gibby, it's me - the artist formally know as face:face. A vicious troll in the days when trolling was confined to local music internet forums. Nowadays, I'm known in some niche areas of the internet as JonnyGabriel.Gibby wrote: Sun Feb 01, 2026 11:07 am I am going to write a list of everyone I can remember off Prestone who is not here. I want to know WHERE ARE THEY NOW? If they don't appear in my list it's because I couldn't remember them or I know the answer.

As for where I am now. I'm not sure when I left Prestone, or really when Prestone came to it's final apocalyptic conclusion as foretold in the Book of Revelation. But I left the Preston in 2012, briefly moved to Chorley where I resided with my good pal and long-time confidant jesus_nightside_eclipse, before spending a decade in the greatest city on earth: Salford. I moved from Salford to the picturesque surrounds of Ramsbottom in 2022 and I currently reside in the picturesque surrounds of Buxton.
I haven't really been back to Preston since 2014 save for a couple of brief visits, such as going to see my good pal and long-time confidant lizi_t (if that was her username, who even remembers anymore).
My post-Prestone life has been, if I do say so myself, fascinating and occasionally ridiculous. I slowly built up a modest audience through social media, mainly Twitter, speaking about a combination of mental health and suicide prevention (following my brother's death in late 2014) and the ludicrous side of football. That platform has allowed me to do a lot of interesting things: playing and scoring at the home of football: St. James' Park, playing and having a goal incorrectly ruled out for offside at Molineux, having Christmas dinner at St. George's Park with the England team, playing table football with a host of Premier League players and Prince William, spending lockdown talking to a bunch of comedians about music festivals, appearing in a documentary that was screened in cinemas nationwide, hanging out on the South Bank with Gok Wan and Love Island winners, exhibiting at the National Football Museum, and working with people and brands on their social media strategy.
I do think that my time on Prestone set me up with the tools I needed to navigate the world of the internet's most irritating people.
These days I can be mostly found reading books, running anywhere between 3 and 26 miles, or playing football at the world famous Tarmac Silverlands Stadium.

This is all well and good but I still think your greatest achievement was the fake newspaper headline about Max ODingJonnyGabriel wrote: Mon Feb 16, 2026 2:16 pmMy post-Prestone life has been, if I do say so myself, fascinating and occasionally ridiculous. Re: Where are they now?
What a blast from the past. In the time since Prestone's demise I've become a teacher, quit being a teacher. Worked in IT, got married and divorced. Moved to Romania in 2020, got married again and now have a pretty good life earning a decent living with my wife and our wire haired dachshund. Can often be seen at local classic car shows with my Trabant 1.1 hybrid of communist engineering and western engine. Get back to Preston on average once a year but my whole time is spent with family when I do so don't think I've seen anyone off here for over a decade!
