Ok this is weird. I just picked up some boxes, and on the short walk home someones shouted at me "Oi! Boxes!"....that in itself isn't weird but when I first moved here 4 years ago, I was carting some boxes home to pack and someone stopped their car while driving past to get out and shout at me "Oi! You box carrying twat!"

Is there some stigma I'm unaware of about carrying boxes?
