Jazz/Blues musicians of Prestone

I've been trying to connect with musicians who play jazz and blues on Prestone for a while and I'm finding it pretty tough. Are there any of like minded people out there? If so I'd love to organise a jam at an open mic or something with as many people as possible in an atempt to built the scene and get the music noticed more around here. Would anyone be interested in this?
