View Full Version : The 4pm Thread.
Ok, I know I'm preparing early here but I have to leave the house at about 4pm. I'm looking for sensible advice from other people who like to be prepared for these things.
you've left it too late. you should haveposted this months ago.

Take your keys, wallet, phone and stab proof vest.
Make a route plan and post it on here. If we haven't heard from you by a designated time we'll all come and look for you.
Like Joe said, you really are cutting this a bit fine

If you hurry you might beat the 4pm rush to the door, you don't want to be stuck in no hallway for 30 minutes, nudging forward by the second..it's too much to cope with. Better be safe than sorry and set off 10 hours ago.

I advise wearing shoes, for comfort. Other clothing optional.

If you need to set off at 4, I wouldn't start from there.

Beware, the Shipping Forecast is predicting gales off the South-East coast of Iceland, just in case you're passing today, and a tall gentleman just walked past my house, causing minor chaos on the pavement.
Keep your eyes open and stay safe out there. In the words of 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin, "DTA - Don't Trust Anyone."
LOL!
This is brilliant. Joe and Russ in fiiinnee form today.
