Been waiting for this for a while...looks good...apart from Dooku, his face looks really triangular and just looks a bit odd to me...everyone else looks ace.

I want to know more about the new TV series they're doing as well.

Its a whole new animated series - and theres a live action TV series being planned for the time set between episode III and IV

TV series from the US is really having a golden age

I dunno I think Mark Hamill mentioned something about a trilogy set after the original trilogy but I dont think its going to happen. I think the novels are good enough. What I would like to see is more stuff around the KOTOR timeline.

REally excited about the new Clone Wars series as the original ones were quite cool.

So these are set at the same time as the other animated series? Will they be telling the same stories or different ones? Which is canon? I'm guessing the new ones will be, seeing as they're made by Lucasfilm. In which case, why did they let The Cartoon Network make the other series? This could get confusing.

yeah the characters are wrong, theres no john williams, its really kiddish, theres no scrolling intro.

Its only strong point is the graphics are pretty swish.

I thought the graphics looked pretty rubbish. Like something out of a cut scene from a game a few years ago

What made the animated Clone Wars series interesting was the way it was so stylised. It was recognisably in the Star Wars universe but didn't look like anything that had been done before

Doing the film version in CGI ruins that, seeing as the prequels were mostly CGI anyway

I don't like the look of this to be honest, I think that if I was to watch it, it wouldn't match up to the aceness of actual star wars.

I had hopes that it would be alright, but no it was just boring, very little action and when there was action it was just rubbish...not like the animated series where it was pretty swish action

I agree with Liam in that I'm not sure why they had to CG it when they had already sucessfully established a unique and interesting visual style.
