Reasonably imminent stuff that's caught my eye:

Fable 3 - might even book the day off for this one. Me and Mrs Koos can't wait
Guitar Hero 6 - the tracklist sounds great (The Cure!!!) and the fleshed out story campaign sounds promising
Halo Reach - probably more of the same but the beta was great and they've finally given the graphics a bit of an overhaul by the looks of it
Gears 3 - not til next year I realise but I loves my Gears
